Daily Diary
Parents must ensure that children bring the school diary every day.
Progress Reports
Progress reports sent to parents must be signed and returned within 3 days.
Leave Policy
Parents are requested to avoid requesting leave for their wards whenever possible.
In case of absence for special reasons, a leave application should be sent in writing prior to the date.
For sickness, a leave letter should be produced on the day the student attends school. Medical certificates are essential for long absences.
P.T.A. Meetings
Parent's attendance at the Parent-Teacher Association (P.T.A.) meetings is compulsory.
Communication and Homework
Parents should check and sign their children's diary every day for homework and other instructions.
Contact Information
It is the parent's responsibility to notify in writing any change of address or telephone number. The school is required to keep an up-to-date record of such information.
Permission for Taking Wards Home
Parents desiring to take their wards home during working hours (in case of emergency) should come in person and get permission from the Principal by submitting a written request duly signed.
Health and Attendance
Parents are asked to refrain from sending obviously sick children to school.
Students cannot be excused for absence from regular participation in the physical education program except for temporary ailments.
Health Ailments Notification
Parents have the responsibility to notify the school when a student suffers from ailments like severe allergies, diabetes, heart diseases, fits, or any abnormality.
School Premises Hours
Students are not supposed to be on the school premises before and after school hours unless specified by the school authorities.
Disciplinary Standards
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, negligence of homework, disobedience, disrespect for teachers, and misbehavior may entitle dismissal of the pupil from school.
Hygiene Day
Every Monday is observed as the hygienic day, and students will be checked for well-kempt hair and neatly trimmed nails.
